congeniality: 8/10 (i have no tolerance for certain things... i do try to make my reprimands nice tho... like "please no polls in debate" of course if someone isn't debating and just posting opinions, or they consistantly post wrong things and don't listen when i correct them, i might decide to use font size 14. )
creativity: 3/10 (really, what creativity? i don't post in xanga skins or stuff. i do make my own skins for xanga... but they're really more simple and not that great. which is why i haven't posted them. )
open-mindedness: 10/10 (what's there to be closed minded about? i listen to the other side in debates... )
dedication: 5/10 (sorry to say this, but real life takes a precedent. i don't post that much- but that's just becuase i don't spam. if it's not worth saying, i don't post. of course, it could be seen as lack of dedication.)
maturity: 9/10 (hmm... i use a little sarcasm in my posts sometimes... i can't help it! i do, however, avoid conlict. that's mature i guess)
respect for rules and guidelines: 10/10 (wow, did you know that my siggy is the correct size?? that any bigger than my siggy is in fact, too big? i mean, at least the mods could have correct sized siggys (not all do, i belive.) I mean, some people post one liners and have a 700 pixel siggy. a siggy isn't a place to post all your images... that's what your site is for. (yes this is an example of my lack of maturity and my lack of congeniality) well anyways. i do follow the rules. yea. sorry if you're siggy is over the limit (300 pixels i belive) but i'm kinda used to them now. it's just the big honking ones that are a whole page on an 800x600 resolution that i really don't like.)

i've been reading all the applications, and they mostly look good;  but they sound a bit like campaign speeches. 

when people state what they have done instead of what they will do is better. 

Jusun specifically mentioned that we should talk about what we have done, not what we have promised to do.

helpfulness: 8/10- I'm not going to be a VERY good helper, but i know i'll at least try to help out whenever I can.
congeniality: 8/10- I know i'll be kind to members, especially to noobs. I do admit that i might get a little irritated when a member doesn't listen, though.
creativity: 6/10- I'm not sure if this was meant for both the people and the xanga staff , but i'll answer it anyway =/ I'm not very creative....not good with skins and such. But i don't think that should matter since i'm not applying for xanga staff, right? Anyway, if you mean creativity with topics....then i'm still not very good at being creative with topics xD my topics are pretty simple and straightfoward. Not anything special, i guess.

i didn't want to add those qualifications in there, as to give the people who have not fulfilled the requirements, but are possibly "exceptionally qualified," a chance to be considered. also, i believe that those are included somewhat in the "dedication" category.

helpfulness:9/10(I'll try to help someone as much as possible,but If someone PM's/IM's me and I have no idea what they are talking about, and then I/They get frusterated, I'm just like "oh forget it")

congeniality:8 /10 (I can tolerate things pretty well, I mean, when people do the whole double topic,spam,pollin debate type of thing, I try my best to be nice and just tell the person "No _______ please! ;)" )

creativity: 7/10 (I think I'm pretty creative....Ive helped some people come up with ideas for blends and stuff before, and have helped people at school with stuff, and amazingly, some of my ideas actuallt got used!)

open-mindedness: 10/10 (I'm very open minded, and will try anything once)

dedication: 9/10 (I'm pretty dedicated to things, and I usually try my best, unless I'm not interested in whats going on.)

helpfulness: I try to be really helpful. It may not show on the forum, but people from createBlog IM me and PM me pretty frequently, and I always give them links to places and help them get things figured out. I'll never turn anyone down who's simply asking for help.. I also try really hard to give good advice in the Relationships forum, and I try to be friendly about it. I do read all of the long posts, too. I guess 9/10, then..

congeniality: I try to be as friendly as I possibly can be. Sometimes people can really get on my nerves, and I don't appreciate it when they directly insult me. But I won't blow up at them. I try to be really friendly when people do things incorrectly.. and if someone made a banner or something that I don't especially like. I'll try and pick out the positives instead of the negatives. I really do try hard. It may not seem like that, but I really do try hard to be really friendly. I may be a jerk sometimes, but who isn't? I don't know. It's impossible to be friendly 100% of the time.. but I try really hard to sound like a warm, out-going, friendly person with a nice attitude. I'm basically not really like that offline.. I just can't take some people. 9/10

creativity: I'm not sure. I don't design, so I'm not going to base my answer on that. I used to try and make creative and unique topics here, but I was getting tired of being criticised for doing so. So I quit thinking of some more unique topics to make. I don't like criticism. Constructive criticism is fine with me, but I just can't take a lot.. I'm trying to come up with more topics once again, so I don't know how creative I am. I try to make my posts interesting and worth the read, so... ergh. I try hard to make my posts long and not just a simple "yes" or "no." Hopefully it shows? 7.5/10

open-mindedness: I try to be open-minded. If someone makes a topic as a suggestion here in the Lounge, I'll consider it as a good idea. Although I know I am not a mod, and certainly not an admin, so I can't make the final call on these things.. but I really do consider all ideas people have to say. I know I can't do anything about them.. but I really DO consider them. I'll take just about anything that comes at me. I'm not closed-minded in the least, really. I'll consider everything and anything. I guess.. 10/10 as everyone else said.

dedication: I come here everyday. I spend over 3/4 of my online time on this site. I post my arse off, and I enjoy it. It's just a part of my day that I look forward to. Posting's a fun way to pass the time, and I like to read other posts by other people and possibly make some new friends, you know? I visit every forum and I post in basically every forum here. I don't spam, and I don't post if I don't have anything to say about the topic. I'm not bragging, but I think.. 10/10

maturity: I really don't know how mature I am. I don't think I'm exceedingly immature, but I really do not know how old people think I act. One of my goals is to sound older and act older than my actual age. I don't want to be thought of as younger than my real age. I try to handle things appropriately and maturely. I try my best to sound and act mature in any given situation.. it's hard to rate myself in that area. I guess.. 9/10

respect for rules and guidelines: I have a lot of respect for the rules and guidelines. I actually have read the Community Guidelines a few times before, and I'll always refer the thread to new people who may have made a mistake. I try my best to follow all of the rules and guidelines in an orderly manner. I have respect for rules, so I try my hardest to follow them and to get other people to follow them, as well. Rules are important, so why not follow them?... 10/10
