Alright, so for all you car junkies out there..boys AND girls..which one do you like more? The RB20 (skyline engine) or the SR20 (silvia engine). Both are redtop (turbo) so if you peepos know what i'm talking about say why you like them.

Personally, as the racer (NOT ricer) that I am. I've seen both in action and both raced against each other. My best friend had the RB20 swap in his 240, his new white 240, since his older '92 just got t-boned recently. Sad story..anywayyy. I think the SR is WAYYYY too overdone, especially in my city. Every 240 here with a swap done is SR, 'cept my friends. My other friend is doing the KA-T, while I will be doing the RB25 (woo HOO). I just can't wait to start drifting with it and scratching while being pushed back by that turbo. I'm going to have an orgasm, I swear tongue.gif

You should join my friend's website www.driftmasterz.com . You might want to ask them.

In my opinion for drifting I think the Silvia motor is better, but I'm not that experienced in that area.

i think you mean rb26dett, i think they're both good engines but the rb26dett is more high end with easy tweeks over 300hp so yea
sr20det is good too but only single turbo :(

Nah, I have two friends that have the RB20 in their 240s and I can personally tell you that the stock RB20 would beat a stock SR20 any day. I have another guy who has 13k into his SR and one of my friends with the RB only has 3 and he can beat him. 3k is including buying, shipping and installing the RB, btw. The RB26DETT is nice, but weighs a lot more. I just think that the SR is waaaayyy too common, that's why I totally prefer the RB. It's just more impressive to me because I like the looks, the performance and the rarity of it.
