How do they get chosen? By mods voting or are Mr. Createblog and admins making the decisions?

yes, I think Brie's was great! =D mine was first so I didnt really have much of an example to go off of on what it was supposed to look like lol.

yes, i definitely think that brie, uninspiredfae, sadolakced acid, and tweeak would make awesome staff.. people.

brie, because of her outgoing, welcoming personality.
uninspiredfae, because she's logical, reliable, responsible, and mature.
sadolakced acid, because well, haven't really seen him outside the debate forum, but hey, the kid's smart as anything. very rational.
and tweeak, because she's easygoing, tolerant, and friendly.
oh yes, and jeffrey, because he's just so freaking awesome. i mean, face it. everyone loves jeffrey. he gets along with everyone. COOLEST KID EVARR.
