Paint Shop Pro or Animation Shop (www.jasc.com)
Photoshop or Imageready (www.adobe.com) Look in tutorials for a coding layout depending if you want a table, frame, or a DIV. If it's something simple like a banner and the CSS coding, then forget about the tutorial. |

Should this be moved to xanga help?
You have to be creative. First you have to have the right program. Adobe, Illustrator, Paint shop pro, etc. Then you just make a banner, or like a whole skin. Try the createblog tutorial section, they can teach you pretty neat stuff. |
