Toe Surgery

Has anyone ever had toe surgery?

This, is part of the reason I have to stay home today and not go to school to finish the 2 tests I needed to take yesterday, but in fact couldnt because of the snow day.
Eh, so anyways.... if you did.... what did you think of it? Did you think it was going to be brutally painful, which it is, after you take it, or did you think its not going to be something that bad.

Well, I thought it was going to be brutally painful, but in fact, while I was taking it, it wasnt. The only REAL painful part was injecting me with 10 shots, instead of 5. Why 10? Because he told me it was the worst infection hes ever seen. Eh, He stuck one right in the nerve too. Once I got home, I thought it was going to heal quickly, but in fact, the pain came up and it felt like burning your finger off. :/

He also mentioned about taking the "root" of the toe out.... I thought it was going to be a root of the toe or something.... but the root of the toe is the nerve >.< yeah, my nerve from my right toe is out now.... eh....

No sorry Ive never had toe surgery. My aunt has though. She had something wrong with a nerve in her toe and had to have it corrected. She had to wear this funny looking shoe thing and everything. And after the surgery her toe did not heal right and its bent to the right so its weird looking. It sounds painful though sorry to hear about that hope you get better soon flowers.gif

nope never had toe surgry but my mom has alot of her nerves in her right arm the nervs are all twisted she has to get the strightened :( who ever has that type of surgry i feel so sad because it has to hurt soooo baddly :( i should know i had cancer on my back over my back bone they had to move some nervs i cryed :( so i hope things turn out great :)

never had it but i dont really want it. my hip and toes are very sensitive to me lol. if someone step on my toe, ill cry..im protective of my feet..my poor little piggies..i never wanna get toe surgerys. it seems SOOOO painful, especially with the recovery cry.gif

nope i never had a toe surgery nor my family did. i dont know how much painful it is but i think its very painful after the surgery ...

i semi did
it was just to get like half of my nail sliced out cuz of an ingrown toe nail.
so it was kinda like a surgery except not.
:P
