First off...you need to type better, its really hard to understand what you are saying.

As far as your period, you should always have either a tampon or a pad on you at all times. If you are feeling crampy then it would be safe to wear a panty liner just so that it catches at least some of it.

I don't know.
There's a certain week or so of the month that you're most likely to get it, so just watch out?

It's happened to me before. I just untucked my sweater and walked my self to the clinic. Went home, changed my clothes, stayed home and at ice cream all afternoon... happy.gif

Wear a sweatshirt that is easy to take off, and eays to wrap around your waist. Always keep it there for handy. ;)

^ like she said, bring a sweater hehe or a long jacket that will cover it.

Anyways, I know when my period comes. Not just because I put marks on the calendar. But I can feel those wet gushy liquid... so yeah that's when I know I get my period hehe.

it's natural...if you have a period you have it..cant really help your moods now can you? every girl has a schedule...sometimes it's late but they have it nonetheless...so what can I say?? bring a tampon or pad..when you feel that your chest starts to hurt for no reason that normally means your period is coming soon.. happy.gif

I think the easiest thing to do to remember would be to keep a planner. Just keep track of when you started your last period and when it ended. Then circle the same days for the next month in one color. In another color circle a day or two before you "THINK" you will start just in case it may start sooner and so that you will be ready.

I hope that made sense... ermm.gif
