Late period, no sex though..? Options

Yeah my periods like 3 wks late..but i havent been sexually active. who knows why this might be?

Your most likely having an irregular period sometimes your cycle can change.
There's nothing wrong with that. You don't have to be sexually active to have a late period.

dont worry, sometimes you can skip your period. it may not come at all this month. just make sure you keep up witht he weeks, because if you skip more then 2 periods its abnormal. it could just be because of stress.

it's normal to have irregular periods, my best friend gets her period at random times, sometimes she doesn't get it for like 4 months, i used to think that she was soo lucky but now i'm sexually active so i hope and pray i get mine

Yup, most likely you're irreguar. Same thing happened to me because my period was suppose to start two weeks ago, but I just got it now.

yeah its nothing its just that your cycle is changing and stuff you might also experience spotting which is another cause of the changing of your cycle.

i have no clue what's wrong but i had just about the same happen me. i missed last month but got it again at the beginning of january which isn't usually when i get mine. but, yea i think it might be stress but it might be something different

If you excerise a lot, your period comes late or you just started you period not too long ago & it takes 2-3 years to come every month.

It's probably stress. And stressing over not getting your period on time can also contribute to this. You know you're not pregnant so quit stressing. If you want to go to the doctor then go, but they'll just tell you the same thing everyone else just stated and also that it's normal to miss 1 or 2 periods in a year.

even if you have a regular cycle, it sometimes does come early or late.
