as an animated stuff? if you want to make it then you will need animation software like imagready; or animation shop |

& came up with this site that has tutorials for animation shop if that site doesnt help you can also google for animation shop tutorials i know how to make blinkies but its complicated for me to explain |

Blinkies for xanga is a code. Blinkies as for an icon or something you make is made with animation shop.
