u can use any kind of program like paint shop pro, adobe, or any other kinds

If you want things animated, use Imageready or Animationshop.
PSP and Animation Shop found at www.jasc.com Photoshop and ImageReady found at www.adobe.com Then go to good-tutorials.com and learn some new stuff. |

You can use ANY program. Even paint. 100x100 <-- for forums and then w/e u wanna add to it. It could be the crappiest looking thing, but it's still an icon.

you just make a pic thats 100x100, and then upload it in your "mycontrols --> my profile" page in cB. |

you can make animated icons in paints only in something like anitmation shop or imageready or any flash program

you can use anything basically...photoshop , psp, even paint...but if you want it to be animated you can use imageready or psp animation or some others

Make multiple files of 100 x 100 gifs. Then if you have Adobe Imageready or PSP Animator or etc, you can put them together to form an animation. Then you optimize the file and voila, you have an animation.
