Hi Chris, as long as you've learned some lessons, it's kewl.
CreateBlog's Xanga Skin forum accepts only skins of high caliber. So the Design Moderators review every submitted skin and choose only the high end ones. If you're skin doesn't appear in the forum within 2-3 days, it means it didn't get accepted. But don't worry!  Keep the skins coming, and you can only get better, and then you'll get accepted. Woot.
