i cannnot download updates from all antivirus. i'm asked to check the internet connections. moreover, something like 'generic network failure' occurs. the wrong code is '28'.
can anyone help me? sorry for my poor eng |

if you got code 28 this is what a microsoft code 28 is
The drivers for this device are not installed (Code 28). To reinstall the drivers for this device, click Reinstall Driver Solution button: Reinstall Driver This code means the device was not installed completely. To resolve this issue, follow the recommended solution. If that does not work, try removing the device from Device Manager and using the Add New Hardware wizard to redetect it. You may need to obtain updated drivers if the error still occurs. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ so what i would do is go into control panel then system then hardware then device manager and see if you have anything wrong with what then label them back on here :) |
