i wear my bra to sleep...not a sports bra lol. some people think its uncomfy..but i guess im used to it. i guess i should try sleeping in a sports bra lol.

according to my mom you should "let your body BREATHE." haha. she always pulls my bra strap and is like "take your bra off while you sleep." i'm just used to it, so i don't. but i don't think there are any 'negative side-effects' but, whatever...

anyways um don't worry about it. yeah sports bras are the most safest & natural

i dont think u should wear sports bra's all the time, because they are manly only for sports. not for the growth of ur *cough*..

when i was young i wore sports bras all the time too.. and my boobs grew a lot.. i don't know if it's cuz i was growing or it was the sports bra.. plus w/out the nice underwire support, it sorta uh, sagged?

i only sometimes wear a bra to bed. if im too exhausted to take it off. lol ok
so about sports bras, you can wear whatever you want bc its your body, although when u wear tanktops and strappy things, dont they look queer? i gues u wear a normal bra then lol. |

I think it's kinda funny how eevrything nowadays gives you cancer....
carefree gum, shampoo, bras.... etc but I do find that sports bras make me feel more squished and my chest look a lot smaller |

I wear sports bra 99.9% of the time. .1% Of those clip-on bras or whatever. =] Wearing one right now! - Sports bra that is.

if you sleep with your bra on, it will not give you cancer. but, it can have an effect on your blood circulation....
