I don't have premium or anything, and im relatively new at skins and xanga coding even though i'm decent at HTML/CSS and im learning javascript.

well. is good but thats not really a layout cause u only have a BG there.. but is okay, keep up your work. Put some more things like banner. You sure gonna improve your xanga!
