ok well has n e one tried th 6 second abs or ab lounge®1 or 2
i really am gonna buy one but i dont know which one is better ...
i have looked on web site but it has had such mixed reviews!!

i am not big or n e thing and i dont need to loose wieght cuz i am 5"6" and 16 and weight 105-08 but i really wanna define my abs

i havent tried either, but i like the ab lounge wayyyy better. it looks like you could loose more weight with that because if you know doing sit ups helps, then getting the ab lounge would make it easier to loose weight.

why spend money on that bunch of hoopla when you can do old-fashioned sit ups and still get results? that's what i do....gotta look good for that cruise i'm taking on spring break wink.gif

I think the ab lounger works. I haven't tried it, but the six second abs thingy, sounds fake. My cousin bought it, tried it out & didn't work. _smile.gif

eh, well i haven't tried either one of them....but i mean if you just want to define ur stomach then dont spend all that money on them. Just get a 10 buck excercise tape and you will be so happy with the results. happy.gif The ones that really worked for me was Abs of Steel, and Taebo. But if you MUST get a machine then i would say get the Ab Lounger. I heard it was really good. happy.gif

6 seconds abs?!?!??! whhhaa? you mean as in 6 seconds and you'll get a nice abs? hmm let me go read more up THERE! or maybe not.... ehh i don't know anyways... you should try and read the health fitness magazines, find the title about abs heh
