ok- i ask this because one of my best friends (who is a boy) thinks that he is Gods gift to all women. It used to really annoy me when he would talk about who cute he is. Its true but, damn..anyways now it seems like he rubbed off on me and now all these people are like "ur soo conceited". I seriously have a problem. Is their something wrong w/ being super confident about yourself?

naw, i'm not conceited. I know what i can do, and i know what is too far outta my reach...lol besides i don't think i have or can do anything that i could be conceited about. And besides, guys that are conceited really turn me off

i have confident in myself and i am proud of who i am. I occasionally think that i am smarter than most of the people in my class or grade but well, that's pretty conceited i guess.

im semi conceited because i do think i look better then some people that would be my first reaction when I see the person actually but if someone does look better then me i would admit it.

Whats wrong with thinking your handsome/beautiful? If you know you are then you are. Everyone looks good to at least someone. Although saying you look better then everybody else and bragging about it is taking things too far =/

It depends ... some people confuse confidence with arrogance and conceit.
 If someone's bragging about how they can do something, you need to slap that arrogant fool in the back of the head.  However, if a person isn't running in fear when it comes to the opposite sex, or stepping up in front of everyone ... that's confidence.
