I wrote this poem like 2 years ago... and it was published about a year ago by poetry.com
I wish somebody understood, I wish somebody cared, No one understands me, Life's not fair. No one said it would be, And no one is ever there. I just wish somebody understood, I just wish somebody cared. I walk through this life lonely and afraid, Many people have entered my life, But few have ever stayed. When people see the "real me," They all go run and hide. No one understands me. This is my pathetic life. I just wish somebody understood, I just wish somebody cared, I wish someone were there for me, But no one ever is. . . No one ever is. . . |

I love the poem, sounds like my life too... Nobody in my family understands me, i wish i had a talent for writing poems... well happy that you got it published, that's cool. it got published in your name right?
