Do you believe in them?

At first I want to say yes, there is one person out there for you who will make you feel happy and complete. But what determines when you meet that person and where you meet them and when they come into your life. Why at a certain point will you meet that one person and not before. But also, there could be many people who make you feel happy and loved but aren't right for you in another way. So somewhere out there is the perfect person for you and if the two of you are meant to be together it will happen. if something's meant to happen it will regardless of the circumstances.

Er. I think there may be someone out there for each and every one of us.
I guess it depends upon if you look for them, or not..

in a sense, yes. there's is a person out there for everyone that could be their soulmate, that they would fit so good together...however, i guess if you're looking, you may find him/her

i don't believe in soul mates. i don't think they exist. someone must have made it up, when they were waiting for someone. Maybe they failed waiting as well.

i don't think there are soulmates because A LOT of people die without finding someone.

edit:: but that's just me. everyone has different opinions. =)

Yeah... sort of. Because there are a lot of people who could be your soulmate, so I think that everyone has more than one soulmate... It just depends on who you find first, or who finds you first. ^^

Cuz if there werent any soulmates, or there were just one, we'd have a lot of unhappy people.

weird, i was thinking about this last night. lol. um.. i think there is.. but more than 1 for each person. it's like the Snake Ladders game thing. with each turn u take it life, there's a chance of meeting someone else that might be your soulmate. but if u didnt take the turn leadin to ur soulmate (for example he's at the supermarket and u went to the disco.. lol) then whereever u go, there is still a chance of meeting someone else who could also be ur soulmate. OMGG.. WHY DO I KEEP CONFUSING MYSELF TODAY?? sigh* i need a break.

edit.// lol just read the other posts and i found out remini said that same thing. if u dont get my point then read remini's.

I believe that Fate determines who comes into our lives, where it'll happen and when.
You meet that person at that time maybe becuz you've had your share of heartbreaks and so you are thankful for them for making your life complete and causing a smile to appear on your face..
You need to be put through many bad situations for you to be grateful when something good happens..and that I think is why they come into our lives at that moment.

For me, I believe that you can meet your soulmate early in life, or during your teens, 20's, you know what I mean, but the person you end up marrying doesn't necessarily have to be that person. Obviously the person you marry and yourself will be compatible but your soul mate is a completely different person. A lot of people are good together, but only one pair of people are really meant to be, really complete each other and are really soulmates. You know what I mean?
