I would've said 'my life in general'...but, well, in general, I'm okay with it, sometimes.

If I had to choose between parents and schoolwork, though, it'd be schoolwork. From parents, I've got the sort of stress that can't be solved. I can deal with that, because I know there's not much I can do. From schoolwork, you know that it's entirely your fault--procrastination, not thinking clearly, forgetting something, etc. You know that you can make it work out (how do other people do it then?), even though some teachers don't deserve to teach at all. (A pregnant teacher shouldn't blame her mistakes on tests and losing quizzes on her unborn baby! It's ridiculous! Go on a maternity leave, get us a sub, and we'll all be better off!)

I'm in IB (international baccalau--however you spell it!)...well, pre-IB, since I'm a sophomore. And what I absolutely hate about this program is their attitude--"you're honors students!} or "you're IB students! You should be able to do this mountain of homework!"

Er..just because we decide to challenge ourselves with honors/AP/IB classes, doesn't mean our days are suddenly 30 hours long...we still need sleep!

Yeah...we could do with less stress from school.

actually, i'm looking forward to the IB program. i'm a sophomore, so i'm only taking two IB courses currently. but i seriously can't wait to take theory of knowledge. it's my kind of class. that'll be one course that i'll actually enjoy.

I'm a sophomore...I don't think IB is that bad, but I just don't like the teachers, or their attitude towards the program.

Theory of knowledge should be interesting. In humanities, we get a taste of philosophy..and it's really cool.

Yeah...OT... whistling.gif

life in general
my parents are currently going through the longest divorce known to mankind, and talking about me and my brothe rlike we are objects. i overhear my dad all the time saying "kathy will take one of them and ill take the other" they are always changing their plans and dont care how it affects us. the other day my mom stumbled drunk into my room slid down my wall and fell on her face and bleed all over my floor. i thought she was having a heart attack and when i saw the blood that she was dead or some thing. she just got out of the hospital. im trying to study to get my GED and just work as hard as i can practicing graphics since thats what im going to be doing the rest of my life. this is a weird problem, but my friends are having babies left and right and my best one is getting addicted to drugs, it just stucks cause we hardly hang out any more, and do cool things like we used to. my brother is being even more of an a-hole, he didnt even try to be that nice on christmas, i even got him a gift blah i hate him >_> not really but it kinda feels good typing all of this out. yeah, thats just an introduction to my problems?

Meh.. mine's mostly because of schoolwork. You know, getting a project done in time, finishing a book, what to write in essays, etc.

cause: other

stuff like lack of sleep.... yeah
ok that's not so bad but then you have to go to school and stay there for 12 hours... (sports nd stuff) it gets tiring. Especially when that day is monday. and you have two tests the next day. And piano lessons...

it's the piling up of stressful stuff that stresses _dry.gif
