lol use them BEFORE you have sex. I mean it feels weird at first but i mean that happens to everyone. After you use them for a while then it you won't even feel em. But either way, when you first have sex it's gonna hurt, whether you wore tampons before or after, but if you use it before you have sex, then it won't be as big as a "shock" to you later on haha

YEA, i DiDNT TRY TAMPONS UNTiL RECENTLY AND i`VE HAD MY PERiOD FOR 3 YEARS ALREADY. i THiNK iT SHOULD BE OK BEFORE.
