You know the sign we make when we want to symbolize peace? The one where you have your pointing and middle fingers up and the rest down.

I noticed that if you do the sign with the palm facing away from your body, it's fobbish [not fob, theres a difference], HK, trademark Asian, and tourist style (I add all these bcuz ppl wanna bitch so much about the terms of use) and then when you do the sign with the palm facing towaards your body, it's gangstish (im not gonna say gangster cuz i doubt gangsters do it)


Hmm..after typing this it doesn't seem to make sense. So bear with me.

and then there's that thingie where you do the peace sign and then put it like .. sideways.. like.. beside your eyes! its mostly asians that do that tho but yah. you get my point

Mostly all asian people who born in Asia...do the peace sign. I do that just to look cute^__^;; i only do that when i take pictures =] and then i say kimchee!

The peace sign has tonnes of meanings! And yes, the peace sign was also the hippy sign~ Victory sign~ Tonnes of meanings.

yeah, i just noticed that. sometimes, people jsut do the peace sign, for being cool, or something else. i don't know. But at my school, they do it alot, and now i'm annoyed.

I think the peace sign originated for the 70's....you know, when they went crazy with peace and such.
Tourists use the peace sign all the time...so it's not just asians. but i guess you could say that it's mainly asians if you're being stereotypical.
The peace sign that's " gangsterish" is either from the south side of the east side...or maybe both? I don't know. But everyone down in georgia uses it xD you know, " peace up, atown down" i personally think it's a little weird... blink.gif

i realized it longgggg ago.... its lame... only gangster "wannabe's" do that... you know that thing you said...

haha i know what you are talking about. but i do it both ways but i'm not sure why i do it in the first place. haha. also when it's the "gangstish" way or whatever, it's usually tilted to the side
