I'm just curious..

Are you girls desperate to fit in? To be "accepted" at school?

Just wondering.

I'm not. I could care less about those people. I hate over half of my school, and those that I don't hate are already my friends.

The only people I want to be "accepted" by are the guys that I like, but that's only temporary. :]

Im not really to into trying to fit in.. Im myself and if people dont like that then thats their problem..not mine. I have my friends and im good.. they dont think down of me. And those others are just shallow and probably lonely themselves.. Probably trying to fit in.. biggrin.gif

but now since im in high school & my really close close usual friends
dont go to skewl w/ them im a kinda desperate to fit in w/ the people

not really. i don't think i've ever been accepted by a majority of people. in HS a lot of people hated me. same at my first college. since then, i've learned to be anonymous, that way i won't be bothered by these people.

besides, i'm a cool ass person, and its their loss if they don't want to associate me and would rather judge me.

I don't care, I have my little clique and they have theirs..I used to be with the "popular" peoplel --; and my shallow friend keeps asking why I'm not part of it any more.

no...i try my best NOT to fit in cause I dont wanna be a preppy popular girl in school tht b!tch at everyone in their way. When people ask me *why dont u wear tight pants for once instead of sweats..try to put on makeup or somethin*

I just say screw them. I dont like makeup for one and baggy sweats are warm and comfy.

not really. i don't care if i'm not popular or anything. i have a ton of friends that all like me for who i am. i'm in the "popular" group but i don't think i have to change myself to get there.

As long as I have my friends, I'm happy. But yesterday my non-musical friend was absent, so once all the band/chorus people left, I was sitting alone. That was uncomfortable. But it would have been worse if someone came over to me out of pity.

i used to feel like that all the time, but then i realized that i have to accept myself as myself..ever since that i havnt been trying to "fit in" i guess i never did, when i think about it..but then sometimes ppl are not self-confident enough..i understand them completely.. mellow.gif

Not really desperate.. I could care less. As long as people don't act rude to me or anything... I could care less, since I don't really like my high school anyway. It's nice to have a lot of friends and all when you fit in, but I know there's quite a few people who backstab each other and.. EUGH I really DON'T WANT TO BE IN ANY MORE DRAMA. lol
