If you downloaded Animation Shop once, is it possible to download it again? And would you have to wait a certain amount of time?

Of course you have to pay to get the full version, if you downloaded Photoshop for free, you probably downloaded it illegally.

Get the trial of PSP. Paint Shop Pro.. it comes with Animation Shop. Then set your clock back.
