My mom told me that some people lost like a TON of weight by playing it 20 minutes a day. She also said that they were extremely good. So I don't know... I guess if you play it a whole crapload and you get really really good, then maybe you could lose sum weight?

Idk, i never lost weight, and i used to play ddr a lot, like 1, 2+ hours a day.
>< & not that slow crap.

I had the pirated versions, so they were easier to play.
I always did maniac level and like remixes of uhh boom boom dollar, butterfly, la senorita, gimme gimme gimme, & paranoia.

Yeah.. I broke 2 dance pads, too..

Hehe, a couple of my friends would come over, and we'd do the fancy shizz.
Where like you'd loop through your feet and do the fancy hopping and crap.

Ahh, good times.. good times.

^^If you play it lot a day, you'll lose a lot of calories/weight and at the same time, you'll get better on playing DDR. One time, when I was at Six Flags, and it was really crowded, nothing else to do, so my brother and I played the ddr extreme machine (the songs/games we don't have at home) a lot and we accidently lost a pound or 2.

yeah, i play ddr. it's so much fun. you will lose weight if you do it on the fast songs, but if you do it on the slow ones, you won't see any results.
