okay. heres the deal. my boyfriend and I broke up about 3 weeks ago. I really miss having someone around. Well, i like someone else now. And he asked me out and is still waiting for an answer. Hes a year older than me. and has a lot more freedom than i do. I'm pretty mature for my age, so i'm not concerned about it. but the fact is, he'll want to go out and do a bunch of stuff, and knowing my parents, i won't be able to go and do half of it. I want to be his girlfriend, and hes a great guy... i just don't know how everything will go down...

Explain to him that you have oppressive parents and go for it. If he doesn't understand, then he's not the one.

QUOTE(Azarel @ Dec 21 2004, 1:14 AM) Explain to him that you have oppressive parents and go for it. If he doesn't understand, then he's not the one. i agree except for "the one" part. he may just not be the one for you..."the one" sounds a bit too...serious. i dunno. but yeah, go for it. he might just be that understanding. trust me, my parents suck too. ![]() |
