Why is the blog area moving?, arrgg Options

I'm kinda new here. I noticed that some skins move the blog area. Whenever I resize the width of the Internet Explorer window or change my resolution, the blog area moves out of place. This is the pic of the blog area after I resized the window and changed my resolution. Is there a code to fix this? Or is it a problem with the code? or the bg?

you're gonna have to adjust the margin-left code in your <div> tag to compensate for any changes in your width.

If you change resolution, your image isn't fixed so put that in a <div style="position:static;"> tag to fix it in place.

But I want my layout to be viewable at both resolutions (800x 600 and 1024 x 768). I tried fixing the bg but it doesn't make a difference. Is there something wrong with this layout or are all layouts like this?

And I already have the position:static thing in my html. i have no Idea what it does because I'm html illiterate.

Ahhh...theres two topics on Div layering. I tried both on my site and neither worked ><Sigh.. Is it possible to define the blog area using coordinates?(similar to how you would put a link)
