clean ur face (suggest using a lil towel cloth or w/e it's called), dont start touching the pimples (cuz it'll get redder).

i suggest u buy proactiv (even though u told me not to suggest buying anything), it actually worked for me.

plus, pimples r normal. dont wrrry manz.. everybody will love u no matter how u look.

there's no way to get rid of them w/ out spending money for meds. just go to like a anystore to get some medicine for your face, it only cost like 5 bucks.

Don't freak out... I've had acne since 5th grade, and you're just getting it at 13. I envy you hah hah. LIke everyone else said, just go buy something to use, and wash your face often.

i posted in your other topic in the girls locker room, so i'm just gonna copy what i said there here:

if your not willing to spend any money, there is nothing that can really help because getting rid of pimples without using some kind of astringent/soap is really hard. What i used to use was clean & clean Blackhead astringent...it was about $3 at wal-mart. also, an exfoliater would work good too. Try Apricot Scrub, its about $3-$4 at wal-mart also. And if you ever get willing to buy some expensive stuff, try Clinique brand stuff. thats what i use now, and it works really good. You can get a package for about $50. mine was $50 and i got Facial soap, clarifying lotion, moisturizer, and acne wash. the 1st 2 weeks, you might get a lot of pimples because the Clinique stuff is going to be pulling out dirt and making pimples.but after that, your skin will clear up. also, another thing you can try is CureChrome. its actually a First aid antiseptic, but it will dry up your pimples. my grandma got it for me from kroger, but i dont know how much it was. Hope I helped!!! o yea-dont pop ur pimples b/c u might get scars...lol

Do not ever touch your face with your hands ever again. The oil on your fingers are one of the causes of pimplefying your face. And if you do, wash your face thoroughly.

For me I get pimples when im only stressed out... I counter this by releasing stress by wokring out like double time when im stressed but...

Most of the time im clear and heres what I do...
Morning -
Wash face w/ soap w/ 2.0 salycic acid
2.0 salycic acid astrigent
10% benzoyl peroxyde invisible cream
Lotion w/ sunblock

heh sometimes i feel like a girl doing all this but hey keeps me all clear!
However, I don't reccomend combining both benzoyl peroxyde and salycic acid if your skin is sensative or your gonna feel a stinging pain on your face.

Do this after skoo and before you go to bed as well!

If you ever get a mark from a old pimple that has gone away you can buy Vitamin E gel caps, open them with a scissor and put the liquid inside over the scar/mark caused by the pimple. DO this when you go to bed. A trick i learned from my doctor when they did surgery on my arm and I didnt really want a big scar on my arm. Works on d face too.

Wash your face twice a day. Do NOT touch your face. Drink 8 glasses of water a day.

basically anything that isnt like makeup or anything should work for men even if its meant for women. Women products usually work better too.. Bleh why do they forget about us guyz?

well to reduce sum of the growing stay away from greasy foods... and get sum cleanign soulution for it......... or maybe those pills that help dry it up i thijkit's antiboitics or sumthign if it's really bad... washign u face diesn't work for everyone but yea. okay

WASH YOUR PILLOWS AND BLANKETS! damn thats how i got a lot of my pimples, and now since i wash them like every 3 days a lot of my pimples have been going away. also get some acne medication from your doctor. yeah im taking a lot right now and it works but it does dry out your skin and it does start to peal and itch at some times, but hey at least it works right?

no, you are a girl, even though your username is jeff. lol.
anyways, i suggest you wash your face, then put on some acne thing. you have to buy some. i used lotion before, it acually went away, though people said it makes it worst, it acually helped me. but if you put acne thing and it goes away, don't stop doing that , or it comes back.
