easy, free, no signing up needed. bad thing is that if you lose yer code, gotta upload again. and bad_girl, that's sort of spamming. The title and the post.. go figure if it is for skins or not.

yes, i also use ImageShack, it's worked the best for me. IMGSpot is also pretty good. If you don't like those there are a lot more in the big book of resources
