Man that sucks. I hate it when that happens. CauseI always wear tampons during the day and pads at night.
For when you're at school I reccomend you wearing pads. Once I was at school and I was wearing a pad and it looked. Anyways, that wasn't fun at all. |

I remember once that when I was 9 or 8 I fell asleep on the coach and I peed myself. I also druled all over the place. We even had ppl over! Talk about embarising??!!

It happened to me too.
 And I got it out by putting washing detergent on the bloody part and added some water and tried washing it with a papertowel and yeh.. it worked

same here. that happened when i slept on my back. so i tried sleeping on my belly and it didn't leak. but it's kinda hard to fall asleep like that. so i'm getting the hang of it lol

ohhh my mom taught me take a couple pieces of paper towels and place it under your butt
so when your period leaks...it goes on the towel, not the bedsheet especially those first couple days of your period too ughh hope that helped

well i have this underwear where it has like fat layers where you put your pad into. and since it's fat in the middle. i never leaked the bed^^;;

that happened once then i started wearing overnight pads...
if it still leaks when u use overnights then get the thicker ones lol. =) |
