Hello. I recently found a really cool Naruto skin on this forum. I installed it and it looked great in IE but not in Mozilla. It also didn't show the left panels like i wanted. I recoded it and cleaned it a lot. Now its compatible with Mozilla and IE and has the left panels. I cant seem to get a hold of the guy who created it, so i would like to know what to do. If i simply republish it with his name and everything still on it and simply call it a cleaned up version, would that be ok? I dont want to get into trouble or anything. I just think a lot of people would like this version becuase of its compatiblity and look.

Well, to start off, a lot of people have been stating that Mozilla screws up the skin, and IE makes it look just fine.
And I don't know if you need their permission. But I suggest you ask them before you tweak it. |

Well, i posted a request in the thread of the skin. I then PM'd a request. Then i decided to fix it myself. So after i fixed it, i PM'ed him yet again with no reponse. I would simply like everyone else to benifit from this. :)

well if i were you, then i would just say that you fixed it or cleaned it up a bit and you tried to ask their permission, and they never responded, so you can't do anything about it. it wouldn't be your fault or anything.
