Did u know that in the 70's, they prescribed "extacy" to people who suffered from depression. But I'm not suggesting drug use.....

i usually do whatever will make me calm down or feel better, like watch your favorite shows (comedy is best [FRIENDS!!!]) or listen to your favorite music it relaxes me and makes me feel happy because there's at least a couple of things in this world that are appreciative (that didn't make sense blink.gif )

I usually listen to some music...or talk to people that I know will cheer me up.
