Feelin down, how do you deal?

It's been awhile since my last post, ima bad person.
I've been feeling down. I don't wanna sound like a mope, but does anyone every get that feeling that they excel at nothing? just for once i would like to know that i can do something, and do it well. Just venting, i guess. Anyone have ne tips for getting out of these downer moods?

Tips?

Spend some time with your close friends
Get a good grade on a test [bonus if it's an EXAM (ooo fancy word see)]
Get parents to be nicer to you.
learn something you've always wanted to try.

Watch an old rerun of your favourite TV show. It always gives me a good laugh, and all of those feel-good endorphins =)

mann i get that alot. hmm try doing something u really like to do. or hang out with friends and go watch some comedy movies. that always cheers me up.

Those aren't things that you have control over besides studying (even then you might not get a good grade). But anywho, I would say surround yourself with friends. That's the best advice I can give. It truly helps, though. And...I would suggest friends that aren't as down as you are. I'm sure you have some optimistic ones. Go out - get out of your house for a bit and just hang out with them.

sometimes after a good get-together with friends i get a downer feeling, which ain't so enjoyable to me. =[


but ya know, that day when you get a 97% on the major geo test, that just brightens up the day. it's like a wild card? =]

i think everybody does...
i sometimes feel like i hate myself, i hate the world, why do i live?
[oh..now you got me being sad =P]
i just either cry and let my feelings out, deal with it & do nothing, or i just listen to music or do something i love to do. that last one usually helps. =)

of course i feel down from time to time.. everyone has those times, i dono.. i dont really no how to deal with it either, i just try to make myself focus on more important things.

just thought i'd update

i have gotten over those bad feelings. which piece of advice did i use?

hang out with friends

i'm not too social, and i'm really shy, so i think making more friends will bring me out of that mood


corny, isn't it?

watch a hilarious movie, or talk to one of your funny friends, anything that makes you crack up and appreciate life will lift up your mood. =)
