i remember a topic on something like this. If you didn't hear it from like a doctor or reliable source, i wouldn't take it seriously. At least, i hope it's not true, because i always wear my bra to sleep!

yes its ture.. i havent had first hand experience, but my mom told me and mommy knows best.. i wore a bra to sleep at a friends house for a week.. not the same one!.. lmao but i did and it just like.. not grew.. so then the next week, at my own house.. i didnt wear it.. and it grew alot more

omg this sooo relates to me! ok- when i was like in 6th grade, my best friend's daddy's ex girlfriend said to wear them to sleep so that they dont get saggy, so years later we STILL DID. Recently, my other friend said the wearing it to sleep sufocates (spelling?) them and they cant breath therefore not growing. What to believe?
years later, i still wear my bra to sleep, but out of habit....feels weird w/o one |
