but marching is good!!!!!!!
if marching were not good, would i have turned about half the topics on here into being about band? no. and i suck too. i didnt even like band through middle school, but marching just makes it all worth it. its good for college, its good for responsiblity, its good for friends, and its fun too. theres no activity you can do that you will get more out of than band, so i really think you shouldnt quit |

sorry to say this, but you should have made up your mind before you tell you mom that you like playing clarinet and let her buy one for you. Instrument like those are expensive and you can't blame your mom for not letting you quit. All my teachers are bitchy, so you really shouldn't use it as an excuse. deal with it.

although, in comparrison to like every other instrument, clarinets are pretty cheap. mine was only $200something after a year or 2 of renting. of course, my clarinet is a piece of shit, but still
