background question Options

so i got the layout from somebody and i put it on my xanga, now i just want the background to be not scrolling... what should i do? i tried to put "bgproperties=fixed" but it doesnt work. my xanga is "jazzroni" and heres the code:

just erase the part where it talks about ur back ground and just use the model thats given to you.. the part in claf at the bottom.. Background image.. and tick that box for no scrolling..;;
