LOL! i'm asian, so i don't have to worry about a thing. My mom doesn't make me eat it, but i like them, cause there healthy. I usually eat them with ranch, or sometimes, she makes vietnamese soup, and slice carrots in them. It's good, well, too me it is. My parents are ok with carrots though.
