She thinks I'm anorexic or something. Oh and they're usually proud of my grades or if I win an essay contest or if I do well in debate.

my mom was just happy i got my period because it meant she didnt have to take me to the doctor
but she did proceed to tell my entire extended faimly...however, i have yet to get a boyfriend, so i dont know if shed be proud of that one yet or not. i think shed be happy if i got my first kiss before the age she got hers. right now its not looking too good though. she was 15, and ill be 16...well, next august, but still |

Pfft, if my mother was ever really proud of me- it was when I was younger and I'd do stuff after she'd tell me not to.

My mum is proud each time I get an award or recognition for something. I think she was uber proud at the 5th grade graduating ceremony. I got 'Math Whiz'. I don't know how that happened; I suck at math. |

my mom gets so proud when im involved in activities. i remember a story i wrote got featured in the newspaper and my mom picked up like 20 copies of it and kept stacks of them at home..it was too much.
