You just want it up at the top?
If you want it aligned with the background too, you can paste this in your custom header and then in your general page settings, makes it left aligned.

its not linening up and i have a scroll bar at the bottom now. But i left aligned evrything. I dont know whats wrong.

All I added was "overflow-x: hidden" in the body part of your css.
It makes the horizontal scrollbar hidden.
