Depends who it is, where they touch me, and why they did. If we're like standing there kissing, or even just talking really closely (o_O) and he puts his hand on my waist, I'll like it. And if he does that and I like him it's wayy cool. If I don't, I may be like "yo, what are you doing?"

As others have said, it really depends on who it is. It also depends on where he touches. If he goes for private parts(w/o my permission), boy is getting a BEAT DOWN, no matter who he is.
