heyy.. I can make co0l graphics and stuff w/ paint but i dont get the html part of it.. If someone could help me with it i'd be verry happy!!

You mean Xanga skins or layouts?
If you're talking about Xanga skins, then you can find tutorials for that in the Xanga skin and help sections. =] |

umm....there's a lot of html/css/javascripts to do with making skins....specifically what do you need help with?
