It doesnt really hurt when you get it done, just a few hours later. It probably hurt the most out of all my piercings. (i also have my ears 3 times each, belly button, and my nose).

it doesn't hurt. i did it twice. lol. i took it out the first time, i don't know why. but yeah, you only feel your tongue getting pierced the first time and you can't feel your tongue after and it's hard to eat because you're not used to your tongue ring yet and your tongue is swollen (i'm serious. REALLY swollen). swollen to the point where you lisp. it's really bad. but it's only for a week ! :] my friends made fun of me like crazy.. haha. but its okay. i still have it :) just applying my 2cents hehe

it really depends on the person and how much they can tolerate pain..also depends on where you get it done blah blah blah..when my friend and i got it done..no..it didnt hurt at all
