does anybody know how to make a blend for psp9? i see no tutorials for it. . . .

the Tutorial section has tons of blends....i used them and i have psp9 too, just try it, it's the same stuff

Yeah, the tutorial has a blending tutorial for PSP8, it should work similarly for PSP9. Though I think you can make nicer blends in Photoshop, because it's more gradient-ish. ;]
