image map over b/g not aligning!, hopefully a simple answer... Options

this is so frustrating, and i really need someone's help. i've almost got everything done with this awesome skin, and check it out: >>---IT---> well, as you can see, the image map doesn't line up on the background like it's supposed to. not only is it unsightly, but it's giving me a scrollbar on the side that i didn't need/have before. so, help?! please?!

well for the image map this youll need to put it in a div just try negative numbers

for the scrollbar in the blog find your blog div:
