 it is a ripoff (for some hair salons) I cut my hair by myself. My mom taught me. XD ask her to teach you, then you'd never have to let her cut yours again. EVER. |

say something like,"Mom, I really appreciate it when you cut my hair, but sometimes you cut it alot shorter than I want it, do think maybe I can go to the hairdresser once?" or.....say something like "I'll pay for it myself" or something....good luck

My mom cuts my hair.. I remember when I was little, and my hair was a little lower than my shoulders, and my mom would say "Is this how much you want it cut?" and she would show two inches cut off-- I agreed with two inches, but when she was done, I HAD A BOWL HAIR CUT FOR RICE SAKES UP TO MY EARS! I was so pissed. I still let my mom cut my hair but now she understands.. I think it was because I got so pissed at her and started crying and screaming.. and she now she cuts my hair pretty nicely.. I remember she use to cut my bangs too. So I'd look like a dork. With a complete bowl hair cut. Haaarrible >_< But yeah.. my hair grows pretty slow, I think.. And my mom doesn't like it when I get mad so yeah.

i'm so embarassed to be saying this...but when i was 16 i threw a temper tantrum b/c the cheapo place my mom took me too cut my layers like not even a quarter of an inch uneven...i threw a fit...i'm serious...threw stuff and everything...omg what a stupid brat i was...

ok, i talked to my mom about it again yesterday and i was like "it's my hair not yours." and stuff, and I CAN'T BELIEVE WHAT SHE SAID! she said that she is my mother and that she owns me!!! this is hopeless
