Ok this is what happened. ok 2 weeks ago, i took a social studies test. the teacher handed it out on last monday. i got a 50%. I had to get it signed. If i don't bring it tomorrow, i would have detention. I'm afraid to show the quiz to my parents because if they see the grade, they would beat me up. So..im like trapped..
 can someone please give me advice?

Explain to your parents that you tried your best. And do your parents actually beat you up? You should tell someone aboutg that cuz it could get serious if you don't.

If i always tell them i tried my best, they're like "pfft are you kidding me..yeah sure.." and they beat me up..and say "if you tried your best, why would you get this grade stupid?" god..im scared
EDIT: i have choices. 1) either i show them the quiz, get beat up, and get it signed and give me a punishment. 2) i dont show it and get detention and probably the teacher would call home. |

ok i'm not saying you didn't try your best. I studied an all nighter for my chinese test and i got a 44.7% =S But umm.
You got 50% Deal with it. Don't bother to change it cuz if someone finds out... ur screwed. Show your parents. Take the punch *metaphorically* and get it signed. Make sure not to do it ever again. |

Ok it's time to put on your oscar award winning act. Just act all sad so that your parents notice and ask you whats wrong. Then say that you worked really hard and studied all night but you got a bad grade on your quiz. Also state that you can't believe you got that grade because you are doing so well overall. Add tears for a more desperate attempt.

-stand up to your parents and just show em -forge it (  )-make them sign a bunch of papers beforehand, like for pretend that it's for school, and by the time they get to your math test they'll be so tired and not want to read it and just sign it i recommend the first one, i think you'll be okay, just try harder

erm, i'm getting this vibe that you made this thread only for the reason that you need encouragement to forge the signature. Liiike, maybe you're borderline on forging, but then ur not sure, so you made this thread, hoping ppl will tell u to forge it, maybe making it easier for your concience (sp). Cause some people are telling you to just face the music, but you keep giving us excuses. But you seem to agree with the people who say you should forge.
So then just forge it. or Face the music. Pick one. Making this thread didn't help you if you already made up your mind. All I know is that this has happened to me. And forging it will make it worse. giving excuses will make it worse. Just tell your parents and that's that. They're not going to kick you out. (Contrary to that my parents HAVE kicked me out, but then making me come back in) |
