okiee well i wnat to cut out a celb. picture i use the magic wand [psp8] but it dosnet cut the way i want it to. grr anyone help me.

You'd have to zoom in and erase it with an eraser. Or what I do is put a background on a new layer underneath the picture and set the feather to about 15px and use the marquee to erase around the picture so it blends with the background.

eh i kinda ina way did it with the magic wand but i need a way to do it easier.
