augh.. i hate it when something bad happens to me.. and then they just say "that sucks". i mean.. come on... aren't they supposed to be your friends? shouldn't they at least say some encouragement or something? sometimes they're really nice, but then sometimes they can just be dicks..
like.. last week.. there's this thing called hootenanny.. this talent show thingy.. and then like there were 3 seats left.. and then i was with 3 friends.. and then they all sit down.. and then i'm just standing there.. and then one of them just smiles and says "that sucks".. wth.. i never do that to them.. and then tha week before that.. i was sick.. and then when i told them, they'd just say "that sucks". at least about 5 people said "get better". i still consider them my friends, but sometimes.. ..augh can anyone relate?.. that sucks ;x.
har. it's not so much the words that upset me, but the fact that they left you standing there does. everyone says "that sucks" when they don't have anything else to say. it's like when someone asks "really?"... it's useless, but it's there. friends or not, if they don't know what to say, they'll have nothing to say. |

Ok i ALMOST typed that sucks haha but it sounds like they aren't really your friends. I meaa, you seem really cool, and i'm sure you'd be there for them, but if they can't return the favor, why should you be such a good friend?
Sure you may still consider them your friends, but i advise you to find other people to hang out with. Believe me i know how that is. Except it was my boyfriend. You'd think he'd help me w/ a problem, but all he'd ever say is "oh, that sucks" Hope my advice helps! |

wow. the situation sucks.....hmm i cant relate, cuz if this was to ever happen, for one...w/e i'd totally totally stop being friends with them(boy, do i sound preppy) but anyhow i dont know how to put this...if yur friends are gonna treat you like dirt, then why are you still friends with them??

Well...um...I don't really know what to say. Maybe you should try to find other friends. I wouldn't really know. Its never happened to me. Most of my friends are girls anyways, so I usually have to give up my seat. These friends don't seem like the type you could sit down at talk to about your problem. So yeah...if this continues, find new friends. |

They're better than my friends...
When I tell them something bad online... they're all " lol " ... what's so funny about me being mad? AND THEN, they're all... " -undecided face- * and then they're like... that Sucks. but I go "that sucks", too... but then give them advice like, 5 minutes after... and the seat thing.. i feel the same way... we were in the auditorium for an assembly and there were 5 seats left... and i was with a friend and she just left me cause there was ONE seat left... and she took it... so i had to sit in the very back with people I don't know/talk to.. |

yea i hate it when ppl do that...but then again i look at it from their point of view and i guess they cant find any other words to say than "that sucks"...but yea i agree with u one of them shoulda at least gotten up and offered u a seat or something..
