yah it helps with me with algerbra to.
but in like english and stuff, its just distracting. Shattered_Hope- haha i do anyway. i hide my mp3 player in my jacket and just listen during class hahaaha |

I guess it depends on what type of person you are because some people aren't able to multitask, but I can usually listen to anything and do my homework. Music without singing works the best for concentration, for example, classical music. Try "Explosive" by "Bond" if you want. =D

Yea, I listen to the radio. I don't know if it helps me though... it kinda gets hard to concentrate.

well i jsut listen to whatever music i like, which you know isn't like heavy metal or something so i don't really get distracted. it sort of motivates me.

i listen to music while i do hw and stuff but i heard its bad to do listen to it while ur studying cuz all u remmember during the test was the music u were listening to or something like that.... thats why i never study..

I definitely can't read with music on. It just doesn't work for me. I used to do other things with music on, but not anymore, all that just distracts me, probably because the music I listen to is punk rock. If I were listening to classic music, I'd do hw/read just fine 'cause classical is just not so interesting.

yah i had to do a school project on "does music help you with math" and yah it does, lol. but if you're reading a really boring book and ur favorite song is on, then usually im sitting there staring at the blurred words and singing, "1985" by bowling for soup. hehe.
