DIV Layers, IE and Firefox

ok my question is how do i make my DIV layers stay in the same spot in IE and Firefox and for all resolutions? My computer's resolution is 1024x768 and it looks perfect on IE. , but on Firefox its all messed up. Another thing is people with 800x600 resolution, cant see the entries. The DIV layers are cut off. So my question is, how do i make the DIV layers stay in the same spot for IE, Firefox, and for all resolutions?

i doubt you can fix that. it will always change based on resolution.

i guess you'll just have to pray that people can see your xanga the way it's meant to be. on this computer, your blogs are on the right side but are WAY too high.

no xanga is perfect. (except mine, haha. j/k.)
