ok my bf...that i liked alot broke up w/ me like 4 days ago...i dont even knoe wat to do all my friends hav bfs and i havent not had one for soo long cuz i went out w/ him for like 4 months and b4 that i went out w/ another guy for like a year and a half.. and after we broke up i just went right to this guy...so now its like twice as bad..he didnt even tell me why realy he just said he doesnt like me anymore and doesnt want to explain..and im trying to not think about it but everything reminds me of him and i start to cry..i hav no idea wat to do...
  ...hav any of u felt like this?

Yes, I have felt that way before.
 But you have to realize, if he doesn't even want to explain to you why he broke up with you, and he just tells you he doesn't like you anymore, then that just makes him an a-hole, and you should't kill yourself over him, especially if he wants to pull that kind of act.  I don't really know what to say becasue I suffered from it, but the thing was I suffered. (I hope that made sense) I don't think there is anyway to get around it, except to try to deal, and move on.

plenty of times! but you shouldnt really cry over a loser like him! he didnt even tell you why he was breaking up with you in the first place! there are much more better guys in this world some where... one that can be worth your tears.

I think everyone goes through this problem. its rough stuff but it happens. If he can't tell u what's wrong then he isn't worth your time anyway. You could find a way better guy than him. It just takes time.. you'll be alright
