 Cotton candy is pure, 100% SUGAR. You need a machine to make it. QUOTE The head contains the heater to melt the sugar and make it liquid. i loove cotton candy cept my mom goes RAWR DONT EAT SUGAR!!! but i eat it whenever i get the chance ^_^ ooh once i was at a football game and i was really bored so i started smashign the cotton candy in the bag. it looked like lumps of..blueishp ink stuff after. heh
